Chi Tiết Công Việc

Brand Identity & Creative Direction

Lead and maintain brand visual identity across all channels.
Translate brand strategy into compelling visual solutions.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and creative standards.
Ensure consistency and quality across packaging, campaigns, retail, and digital assets.
Act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity.

CI Governance & Quality Control

Own and enforce Corporate Identity (CI) standards across all brand touchpoints.
Review and approve creative materials before publication or production.
Conduct regular audits of social content, marketing materials, packaging, POSM, retail assets, and campaign executions.
Identify and correct inconsistencies in typography, color, imagery, layouts, and brand application.
Guide internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies on proper CI implementation.
Continuously improve the quality, consistency, and professionalism of all brand assets.

Campaign, Packaging & Retail Design

Lead the development of campaign key visuals and marketing assets.
Oversee packaging design from concept to production.
Design and review POSM, visual merchandising materials, retail displays, and showroom assets.
Support product launches, retail activations, and brand events.
Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product Development, and external partners.

Team Leadership & Quality Control

Lead a team of full-time and part-time designers, freelancers, and external agencies.
Allocate workload, review outputs, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Coach team members and elevate creative standards.
Establish creative review processes and quality benchmarks.

Creative Production

Collaborate with photographers, videographers, content creators, and production partners.
Review final creative outputs before release.
Stay updated on design trends, retail innovation, and AI-powered creative tools.

Experience

5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative design.
Experience leading projects and managing creative resources.
Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Brand Identity Design
- Packaging Design
- Campaign Design
- Retail / POSM Design

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in the following environments will have a strong advantage:
