• Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable APIs and backend systems.
• Database Management: Optimize and manage complex database designs to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Code Excellence: Maintain a robust, clean, and well-documented codebase while setting best practices for the team.
• Innovate: Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Backend development.
• Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Golang (Go) and strong command of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful services, Microservices architecture, and Design Patterns. Solid experience with Webhooks and OAuth2.
• Tools: Proficient with source code management tools like Git.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, highly responsible, and capable of delivering high-quality products under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Good English reading comprehension skills (especially for technical documentation).

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing Microservices on Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture is highly desirable.
