- Conducting proposal-based sales to Japanese and local Vietnamese companies (from identifying issues to negotiation and closing deals)
- To develop a proposal-driven business model to optimize operational efficiency based on customer feedback
- Offering comprehensive proposals that include FIBC products and supplementary materials such as pallets and drums
- To make plan and execute sales strategies through SNS (social media platforms), on-site visits, and data analysis
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and procurement teams, acting as a “flat” bridge to the field
- Standardize sales methods and support the training of junior staff
- Other tasks will be asked by manager
- Graduated from University
- Japanese: N2 level AND English: Intermeidate level
- Having at least 5 years sales B2B
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Flexible and high responsibility
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill
- Social insurance
- Review salary: 1 time/ year
- Bonus: 2 times/ year
- 12 annual days leave per year
