Act as a liaison with the 3PL’s and OnPoint
Work with the management team of 3PL’s about complaint response time, and return order operation process.
Push 3PL receiving return order- Find solutions close issues, follow, and build up long term process
Weekly review of KPI performance and ongoing issues
Check and quote Commercial if additional services outside the contract arise that Brand requires
Feedback adhoc from Key Account Management (request checking, take video from Warehouse)
Control standard packing to feed back for Customer Service
Notify Onboarding plan to 3PLs so that the Warehouse can prepare operating capacity, control orders generated and plan to request additional Service Level Agreement extension
Control the shipping units at each 3PLs warehouse to pick up order on time
Other duties as assigned

Priority is given to final year students who are waiting for their diplomas and can work immediately and full-time.

Internship allowance of VND 3,600,000/month (gross).
Official internship confirmation stamp to support your academic report and graduation requirements.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), off on weekends.
Structured 1:1 training and clear guidance on recruitment processes and operations.
Hands-on experience in mass recruitment for the e-commerce sector, including job posting, CV screening, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and result follow-up.
Opportunity to develop essential professional skills: communication, CV evaluation, problem-solving, and task management.
