As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the delivery of top talent to clients. Your responsibilities will include: (Working onsite at the client's office)
Participating in recruitment activities according to client requirements.
Liaising with client representatives to clarify hiring needs, coordinate interview arrangements, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Managing the end-to-end onsite recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to shortlisting and offer negotiation.
Researching, exploring, and recommending new sourcing channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
Coordinating with the account management team during the candidate onboarding process.
Supporting additional administrative tasks assigned by the team leader and upper management.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 2+ year of working experience in recruitment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Must-have: Proven hands-on experience and a strong background in recruiting for Sales and Business Development (BD) roles.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Possess an eager-to-learn attitude, integrity, and gratitude.
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and mass recruitment processes is preferable.
