NSRP is looking for the candidate for position Receptionist in Hanoi Office and Thanh Hoa Office under Outsourcing Contract, contract duration 1 year, extendable based on business requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and internal & external guests at the refinery.
• Greet and register visitors professionally, ensuring compliance with site access and safety protocols.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all the time, while representing the company’s image and values to all visitors and callers.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presents a professional image of the company.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering and transferring calls, handling guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and contractor check-ins.
• Undertake meeting room bookings, meeting arrangement and other works of guest support.
• Use office tools and software to manage communication, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.
• Take care of office equipment and machinery to maintain its good working conditions. Propose replacement/repair if any (for Hanoi Office)
• Manage and handle requests, inquires on cellphones, sim card and business card (for Hanoi Office)
• Coordinate with relevant Department/Section to arrange the flowers for events (for Hanoi Office)
• Arrange accommodation for Management/Manager and foreign experts in Hanoi & solve related issue (for Hanoi Office)
• Other related tasks as assigned by personnel in charge of NSRP.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Being female, age from 22-30 with good appearance, and communication skills.
• Graduated from College/University majoring in Administration, Secretarial, Office Management or related fields. Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Being well-trained in Reception profession, problem solving & customer care. Have at least 1-2 year of experience in reception, administration or equivalent work (Have been worked in foreign companies or professional environments is a plus).
• Have a high sense of responsibility and be able to handle multi tasks at the same time.
• Always keep a friendly attitude and a welcoming smile when communicating.
• Attire: Neat, polite, suitable for the company's office environment.
• Being good at using office computers (Word, Excel, Outlook...).
• Information security: commitment not to disclose information related to the company and visitors as well.
