Front Desk Duties

Greet and welcome all members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage member check-in, guest sign-in, and cloakroom coordination.
Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Reservations & Enquiries

Manage dining and event reservations using the internal booking system.
Provide accurate and timely information about club services, events, and policies.
Coordinate with F&B and Guest Relations to manage service flow and arrivals.

Presentation & Environment

Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or private members club reception.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple enquiries.
Professional appearancxe and confident manner.
Familiarity with booking or reservation systems preferred.
