R&D Manager (Electrics)

• Lead customers and development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle: initiation, discovery, design, implementation, data migration, prototype review, deployment, and handover/application.
• Plan for both internal and external project resources, including customers and technical team members, and take primary responsibility for deliverables to clients.
• Define project plans and schedules, resource requirements, and project dependencies.
• Organize regular review sessions with customers as per the contract.
• Conduct internal meetings for review and planning purposes.
• Manage work progress and capacity planning; communicate relevant metrics to management.
• Communicate project status to customers, project teams, and management; provide accurate data to support customer invoicing.
• Possess knowledge of MIL standards related to cables, wiring, accessories, and certification testing.
• Conduct retrospectives with the goal of "inspect and adapt" to continuously improve processes.
• Study drawings to prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Male, Age: 35–45 years old
• University graduate, majoring in Electrical – Electronics / Mechanical / Telecommunications / Aerospace / Manufacturing Technology / Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in R& for manufacturing plants and at least 3 years in a similar position as R& at electronics manufacturing factories (specializing in Wire Harness)
• Proficient in all 4 English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Proficient in software tools: mechanical and electrical CAD design, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Catia and SolidWorks knowledge is a plus)
