Chi Tiết Công Việc

Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Review invoices, issue VAT invoices, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting regulations.
Monitor receivables, payables, and contract administration.
Coordinate financial documentation related to logistics and international transactions.
Handle general HR and administrative activities, including recruitment support, labor and insurance administration.
Manage office assets, supplies, and other administrative matters.
Support daily business operations and perform other assignments as required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
Experience in AR/AP, VAT invoicing, contracts, and administrative management.
Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, accounting regulations, and insurance procedures.
Experience working with EPE companies, logistics operations, and Incoterms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Korean is required. English communication skills are preferred.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
