[Job Summary]
This is a job working as a quality engineer in the R& engineering department in trading company. You will join the parts export business for the US.
Your main role is to visit supplier factories to do technical inspections and protect the quality of mechanical goods and factory supplies sent to customers.
Also, you will regularly visit the subcontractor network to double-check quality, manage delivery times, and control packing and shipping.

The specific role of "R&" is to search for and find subcontractors as instructed when customers or internal staff ask to "look for this kind of tool in Vietnam" or "want to make this new product but where can we do it?".
In the future, we hope you can make proposals on your own.

[Main Responsibilities]
-Visit partner factories (subcontractor factories) to inspect products and check production progress.
-Read and analyze drawings to check if products are made exactly as required.
-Follow quality control steps according to company rules (training is provided).
-Use various measuring tools and instruments to check product sizes and specs.
-Make detailed inspection reports and give them to your boss after visiting factories.
-Keep in close touch with the supervisor to solve any technical mistakes or quality problems.
-Communicate with factory staff to make sure products arrive on time and quality rules are followed.
-Set your own schedule and visit factories freely after the first training period.
-Support the R& team when checking new suppliers or special mechanical parts.
-Keep a good relationship with local suppliers to maintain good quality all the time.
-Other related tasks.

-Male. 22-25 years old
-Graduated from college/university - majoring in mechanical/mechatronics or equivalent experience
-Ability to read technical drawings.
-Have basic knowledge of measuring instruments and measuring methods.
-English (Intermediate)

[Preferable]
-1 year of experience as QC staff or working in the mechanical field
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Have basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PPT)
