Chi Tiết Công Việc

Monitor KPI indicators to evaluate quality performance and report to the department head.
Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements. Facilitate Root Cause Investigations related to process & materials which impact on final product performance.
Train team members on quality standards and quality control procedures.
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products throughout the production process.
Prepare and organize internal quality system audits according to ISO 9001 standards, brand requirements, customer requirements, or third-party standards.
Sharing of daily quality reports and summary of monthly quality reports in CTC plant.
Quality complaint handling and COA document preparation.
Provide leadership for the local QA team; train team members on quality standards and ensure consistent adherence to company QA procedures.
Coordinate with customers and provide regular one-on-one training to inspectors to ensure defects can be properly identified during the inspection process.
