Purification Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible for process development, improvement activities and machinery system designs, tests, and optimize machinery systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct tasks which are assigned by cooperating with coworkers, and some other jobs been able to assign more.

- Implement machinery engineering designs, test, and optimize production systems and processes.

- Support superiors in implementing improvement activities (SEQO) and the 2030 roadmap.

- Supervise, inspect, evaluate and implementation of DX, OE, Kaizen, and Poka-yoke activities.

- Make technical reports/process improvement reports.

- Control KPIs in operations and support adjustments and improvements.

- Understand ISO management systems and support in establishing control systems for the department.

- Train and educate operators on new technologies and techniques.

- Timely report any abnormalities or new findings in the process to superiors.

• Graduated University.

• Major: Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management or related technical field.

• Have knowledge of food processing technology.

• Understand MSG manufacturing process generally.

• Understand the process of refining and crystallizing MSG deeply.

• Understanding of P&ID & Layout clearly.

• Understanding Data analysis tools, Machinery system design.

• Knowledge of data analysis (Excel, Power BI, BPMN, AI tools or other equivalent tools) is an advantage.

• Understanding ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, GMP, Food Defense, Halal (If any).

• Get experience in production (priority).

• English: good.
