Cooperation with other employees to perform the following assigned tasks. Other roles and responsibilities may be assigned according to work situations and superiors' requirements:
1. Payroll:
- Perform and check the daily attendance and monthly salary and bonus for the Company employees, including Periodic Salary, Allowances, and Bonuses.
- Check and verify welfare documents (marriage, funeral, birth allowance, leave, etc.) submitted by Company employees for monthly payment.
- Check, verify and prepare monthly reports on Company employees' annual leave and overtime.
- Liquidate the Labor Contract for employees terminating the labor contract with the Company.
- Make periodic labor and salary reports as required by the state.
- Manage and inspect the Job Rotation and workplace change.
- Implement, manage Employee Appraisal, Promotion/Class qualification of employees.
2. Personal Income Tax:
- Manage, check, verify and prepare monthly reports on the registration of family circumstance deduction for Company employees.
- Implement, update and register personal tax codes for new employees of the Company.
- Coordinate and work with the Financial & Accounting Department to make the annual personal income tax finalization report.
- Make tax reports as required by the Government.
3. Social insurance:
- Coordinate and check the monthly social insurance salary with members in charge of social insurance.
- Coordinate, check and verify attendance data to support monthly social insurance reports
4. Outsourcing service management:
- Verify the relevant conditions for performing service contracts with new Outsourcing Companies when needed.
- Track the outsourced service contract expiration and implement the contract extension.
- Verify the provider's monthly output or/ and workload to pay monthly charges for outsourcing services.
5. Update the Law/support policies from Government:
- Update changes in the Law and support policies from Government related to wages, working hours, rest hours, occupational safety and hygiene, special regulations for female workers and ensure gender equality, natural disaster prevention fund, personal income tax.
- Confirm changes with relevant agencies and assess impacts and risks affecting C&B’s operations.
- Report changes to superiors.
- Follow the assignment of superiors to implement changes, if any.
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Business Administration;
- Have general knowledge of Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and Insurance Law of Vietnam.
- Good in English and MS. Office;
