Location:on-site in Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang. When to start:ASAP. OVERVIEW: We specialize in helpingnational and international companiesimprove their performance in theVietnamese marketwhile bridging thecultural gap between Western and Vietnamese business practices. We need adedicated, driven personwith ahigh degree of autonomyandloyal work ethicwho believes in Vietnam’s potential. This role is designed to help us work more efficiently and free the time of the General Manager and our partners to focus better on other tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up with leads and clients, ensuring timely communication and scheduling meetings.
Coordinate client projects by collaborating closely with the team on research, training, and project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and former clients to identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
Coordinate client payment follow-ups by sending payment requests and monitoring payments in collaboration with the Administration & Organisation Officer.
Participate in company commercial activities.
Participate in weekly meetings with the General Manager to review priorities, project progress and challenges.

Requirements:

Language:Proficiency inbothVietnamese and English. You’ll work with English-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking clients & colleagues.
Experience:Working in diverse business development projects for at least 03 years in a fully English-speaking international environment.

Looking for easy or quick fixes when dealing with real challenges or obstacles.
Thinking in a rigid, closed-minded way about business, culture, the Vietnamese market or client instead of staying adaptable and curious.

Working location & schedule:

Location:on-site in Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang.
Schedule:10-20 hours per week. Specific working days and times will be mutually agreed upon with the General Manager, depending on client workload and active projects.
