Project Electrical Engineer ($1200, ID 21558)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Project Electrical Engineer ($1200, ID 21558):

• Execute comprehensive engineering designs for power distribution networks and automated control architecture dedicated to water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Formulate itemized technical quotations, perform material take-offs, and construct cost estimates for electrical scope of work.
• Assess, select, and verify technical specifications of electrical hardware and components to support procurement operations.
• Oversee on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring strict compliance with engineering blueprints and project schedules.
• Enforce rigorous Quality Control (QC) protocols across all electrical installation phases at project sites.
• Lead system commissioning, dry/wet trial operations, and deliver technical operational training to client operating personnel.
• Adapt flexibly to short-term or extended project travel schedules while maintaining high performance under demanding deadlines.

• Male, aged 25 and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or relevant technical disciplines.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering roles. Prior involvement in wastewater/water treatment systems or industrial automation/control panels is highly preferred.
• Mastered proficiency in AutoCAD (2D or 3D).
• Solid expertise in control panel/electrical cabinet design.
• Practical capability in PLC and HMI programming and integration.
• Functional literacy in Written English to independently draft technical reports and manage basic operational communications.
• High self-motivation, independent working ability, and strong resilience under project pressure.
