. Production Management

· Develop and implement production plans based on order forecasts

· Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high product quality

· Coordinate with relevant departments to promptly resolve any production-related issues

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes

Purchasing Management

· Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery terms

· Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material planning

· Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations

Negotiate prices and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement

· Male/ Female bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

· At least 3 years of experience in production and/or procurement

· Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Currently residing in Hanoi and available to start from mid-June 2025
