Product Ops Lead

1. Driving Standardization and Optimization of Operational Processes:
* Analyze product operations in each country to identify current challenges.
* Develop clear operational workflows and definitions.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to standardize and optimize operations.
* Lead improvements across various operational areas, including inventory management, product management, customer support, and accounting coordination.
2. Identifying and Solving Operational Issues:
* Monitor daily operations to proactively identify potential issues and inefficiencies.
* Investigate root causes of identified problems and propose practical, actionable solutions.
* Lead the execution of solutions and ensure continuous improvement through regular evaluation.
3. Managing and Supporting Local Operation Staff:
* Support local operations teams in each country by providing clear direction, guidance, and training to maximize performance.
* Establish a monitoring system to track the progress and challenges of local operations teams.
* Foster strong relationships with local staff and encourage effective collaboration through open communication.
* Contribute to the development of evaluation systems that assess the quality of operational definitions and serve as an evaluator when needed.
4. Product Understanding and Improvement Proposals:
* Gain a deep understanding of our products and provide suggestions for improvement from an operational perspective.
* Work with the Product team to enhance product usability and ensure smooth operational implementation.
5. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
* Regularly report on operational status, challenges, and improvements to management and relevant teams.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams across the Overseas Business Division and the Japan headquarters to build a globally aligned operational framework.
