Product Development Intern

Job Purpose: To support the Product Development team in daily administrative, coordination, and execution tasks related to product development projects, sampling, specifications, and internal follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team in preparing and updating product specifications in the system.
• Assist in following up development requests received from Sales, Customer Service, or other internal teams.
• Help coordinate with Graphic, Data Controller, Technical, and Production teams for artwork, sample preparation, and document collection.
• Prepare, organize, and file development-related documents such as specifications, artwork files, sample records, and approval documents.
• Assist in distributing color targets, sample references, and technical information to relevant internal teams.
• Support the team in tracking project timelines, sampling progress, testing status, and customer approval updates.
• Help prepare basic costing sheets, quotations, and internal reports under the guidance of the Product Development Executive.
• Follow up with suppliers on sample status, lead time updates, and required documents as assigned.
• Update daily or weekly progress reports in the system and maintain accurate project records.
• Carry out other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the supervisor to support smooth product development operations.

• Final-year student or Fresh graduate in PRINTING TECHNOLOGY, Industrial Management, Business, or related fields.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with good coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, willing to learn and support daily operations.
