Mô tả công việc:

- Operations & Delivery (65%): Manage the product development process from brief to RTB, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met; handle technical, material, and production-related issues.

- Collaboration & Teamwork (20%): Work closely with internal teams, factories, and partners to ensure smooth and efficient product development.

- Process Improvement (10%): Propose and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

- Training & Development (5%): Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods to strengthen technical expertise.

Yêu cầu công việc:

** Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

** Experience: 5–8 years in the footwear industry, specializing in development, commercialization, production, or quality assurance.

** Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, product construction, molds, lasts, and compound development; familiar with seasonal calendars and key milestones.

** Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and PLM systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation abilities.

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Excellent command of English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
