• Implement continuous improvement activities specifically tailored for the PCB manufacturing process.
• Track and analyze key factory quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and scrap rates.
• Propose and deploy Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) and Kaizen solutions to minimize scrap and eliminate rework.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for any technical or quality issues arising within the factory.
• Propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and systematically follow up to verify the effectiveness of the actions taken.
• Provide timely and effective engineering support to customers whenever quality incidents occur.
• Participate in initial sample production and machine commissioning stages to guarantee overall quality readiness.
• Support and collaborate with cross-functional departments during internal, external, and customer quality audits.

• Male / Female,Under 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
• Minimum of2 years of hands-on experiencein a similar position (PQE, QE, or Process Engineer) within a manufacturing environment.Preferred prior experience working in Electronics, PCB assembly, or the Automotive manufacturing sector.
• Fluency in eitherEnglish orKorean
• Proficiency in usingCADsoftware.
• Solid knowledge of the5 Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
