One of our clients, which is Manufacturing company, is now looking for Process Engineer.

【What you will be working on】
- Managing so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
- Analyzing the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
- Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
- Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
- Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
- Discussing equipment and process-related technical issues with customers
- Handling of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.

【Must】
- Bachelor degree
- At least more 3 years working experience as Process Engineer
- English Level: Intermediate Level (TOEIC:605 points)
- Proficiency in PC, Excel, Power Point, Statistics & Analysis
