One of our clients, which provides Plant business, is now looking for Process Engineer Leader.
【Job detail】
- Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers.
- Manage the results of process engineers' work.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Development: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and advance technology in water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Responsible for detailed design, including piping route planning, skid design, and equipment design, based on Organo Group’s basic plan and design.
- Understand specification sheets, P&ID, layouts, related process documents, structure drawings, and piping design.
- Work as a process designer, supporting mechanical design, managing P3D, and developing modern engineering solutions.
- Create P&ID using Plant3D and engineering data under senior guidance, and prepare RFQs.
- Prepare equipment selection calculations, design strength calculations, design specifications, line codes and specs, and piping pressure loss calculations.
- Create layouts under senior guidance.
- Provide instructions for outsourcing tasks.
- Create technical documents and suggestions for standardization and improving work efficiency.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields
‐ English: Upper-Intermediate
- More than 5 years of experience as a process engineer in the companies related to water treatment.
- Who can draw P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram)
