Chi Tiết Công Việc

Be responsible for ideating, developing, and refining unique and engaging concepts for the festival event.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts.
Develop Key Visuals, including brief design, festival activities, and attendee experiences.
Conduct market research to identify current trends in music festivals, attendee preferences, and the competitive landscape.
Work closely with the Account team to ensure cohesive planning and execution of the festival.
Create detailed concept proposals to present to the client.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field.
Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
Passion for music festivals, events, and brand experiences.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
