Operation Assistant (Tiktok)

• I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategy Translation & Execution (Core Responsibility)

  • Responsible for translating and breaking down operational strategies and content plans from the Chinese team (Chinese → Vietnamese).
  • Ensure the local Vietnamese team (Streamers, Video Editors, Operations) fully and accurately understands strategic goals.
  • Track execution progress to ensure plans are implemented effectively.

  2. Livestreaming Operations Assistance

  • Assist the livestream team with preparation (product selling points, script refining, etc.).
  • Monitor live sessions to record issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support efforts to boost conversion rates (audience interaction, pacing, workflow optimization).

  3. Short Video Operations Support

  • Support short video execution (script comprehension, asset alignment, shooting communication).
  • Track video posting performance and basic metrics (views, clicks, etc.).
  • Help summarize top-performing content trends to support ongoing optimization.

  4. Cross-Team Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as the main communication bridge between the Chinese and Vietnamese teams.
  • Relay tasks, report issues, and drive execution.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and seamless information flow.

  5. Data Collection & Basic Performance Review

  • Assist in organizing data for livestreams and short videos.
  • Document execution progress (completion rate, bottlenecks, etc.).
  • Support the team with basic performance reviews and optimization plans.

II. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese /Englist (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Associate’s degree or higher.

Core Competencies:

• Strong Execution Skills: Able to grasp tasks quickly and drive them forward independently without delaying or waiting for orders.
• High Comprehension Ability (Crucial): Able to "understand → clearly articulate → execute" complex strategies and break them down into actionable steps for the local team.
• Effective Communication: Express ideas clearly between Chinese and Vietnamese teams; proactively raise issues rather than waiting passively.
• Strong Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn e-commerce, livestreaming, and short video dynamics to grow rapidly.
• Responsibility & Stability: Results-oriented with a long-term commitment mindset.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in E-commerce, TikTok, or Livestreaming operations.
• Background in Chinese–Vietnamese translation or cross-cultural communication.
• Familiarity with short video platforms.
