Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a NPD Project Manager (Plastic, $1900, ID21608)

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Manage new product development and existing product improvement projects for sanitary products, including fittings, inlet/outlet valves, concealed cisterns and related components.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables; monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present project milestones and deliverables in accordance with the company's Project Management process.
Ensure project objectives and product specifications defined by the Marketing team and approved through the internal GR1 process are properly implemented.
Monitor project budgets, costs and resources in line with the requirements defined.
Ensure product quality objectives established at the beginning of the project are achieved.
Identify project risks, deviations and potential delays; implement corrective actions and preventive measures where necessary.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or escalate critical/blocking points to the Management Team.
Provide regular project updates and report significant issues, risks and deviations to Management on a weekly basis.
Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective collaboration among Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing and other relevant functions.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and product development activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Male, 35-40 years old
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, General Engineering or a related technical field.
From 5 years of experience in Project Management, New Product Development, Product Development or Engineering Project Management in manufacturing.
Good technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics and Plastics.
Good command of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong project planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
