Duties and responsibilities

- Process applications for school, university admissions.

- Prepare and process applications for different types of visa, including but not limited to Australian Student, Visitor, Immigrant visa.

- Prepare and process application for Vietnamese, Australian paperwork and tourist visa for other countries.

- Travel and accommodation arrangements.

- Participate in school events and education fairs.

- Assist in promotional events.

- Other duties as assigned by the management board.

Must have:

- At least 6 months experience in Australian admissions and/or visa (filling out Admission and Visa application forms).

- Good English writing skill.

- Able to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Adept in Microsoft office.

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of education and visa in US, UK, Canada or New Zealand.

- Knowledge of basic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
