Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Handle end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments (sea/air freight).
  • Process and manage shipping documentation (HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents).
  • Submit SI/VGM for carriers and suppliers for export shipments and file manifest, issue A/N, D/O for import shipments.
  • Receive booking requests and shipment information from customers, overseas agents, and sales team; arrange bookings with carriers/airlines/co-loaders/oversea agents and process the shipping with related parties.
  • Monitor shipment status (ETD, ETA) and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, resolve issues, and handle inquiries or complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Check and verify costs, invoices, and related charges.
  • Proactively handle and resolve any issues arising during the shipment process.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1–3 years of experience in forwarding/logistics operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in both Export and Import procedures.
  • Familiar with shipping documents (HBL, MBL, Invoice, Packing List, ETC.).
  • Professional knowledge of Incoterms and freight cost structure.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for operational issues and customer situations.
