Nhân Viên Hse/Hse Staff

• Oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental (SHE) activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, and submit reports on time as required by law, company policies, and customers.

• Monitor and enforce company rules on workplace safety, fire prevention, and security.

• Train new employees, contractors, and visitors on safety regulations and ensure they follow them.

• Manage the workplace safety and hygiene team.

• Develop policies, procedures, and measures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Conduct safety and fire prevention training programs.

• Track and update safety training records, first aid training, and organize regular health check-ups.

• Plan and run emergency drills to prepare for workplace incidents.

• Work with authorities and customers, and assist in safety, health, and environmental inspections.

• Submit required reports to government agencies on a regular basis.

-Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations, with experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001, ESG.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HSE position within the manufacturing industry.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Understanding of legal regulations related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and labor laws.

• Good at English communication.
