Middle Bridge Software Engineer (Good English + Japanese N2) ~ 40 - 60 Mill VND [27343 - Ba Dinh, Hanoi]

Bridge the communication between Japanese customers and the software development team in Vietnam:
+ Study and accurately convey the domain knowledge to the software development team.
+ Gather and accurately & completely convey the customer’s requirements and expectations to the development team.
+ Timely & accurately report the project progress to the customer.
+ Promptly address questions and issues from both the development team and the customer, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Participate in project management, including planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring product quality.
- When necessary, participate in software development to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
- Involve in the product acceptance process to ensure that the product meets the requirements & quality standards before delivery to the customer.

* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic & Telecommunication, or related fields.
- Japanese：N2 level
- English: Between Conversation & Intermediate level.
- At least 5 years experience as Software development with Java Web (JSP/Servlet, Struts, Spring MVC) and JS, HTML/CSS, JS Framework (VueJS, ReactJS)
- Having at least 3-5 years experience as BrSE.
- Clear & precise in technical communication. Able to interact effectively with other persons by clear communication, empathy and teamwork spirit.
- Willing & capable to approach & learn new technologies or new domain knowledge quickly & persistently.
- High standard in work ethics: Integrity, Respect & Teamwork spirit.
- Strong mindset of high quality, continuous improvement & customer orientation.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to pay careful attention to details.
- Ready for business trips (a few weeks to 6 months) or onsite working in long term (1-3 years) in Japan.
