Merchandiser Manager (Garment)

Our client is aforeign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandiser Manager (Garment, 1500$, ID 18283):

• Develop and manage sample timelines in coordination with buyers.
• Monitor and validate product costing to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Secure bulk order confirmations and maintain clear communication with buyers.
• Oversee production planning and execution to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and support.
• Review and assess business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Source and prepare materials for new product developments.
• Coordinate shipment schedules between buyers and factories to ensure timely dispatch.
• Track fabric and accessory shipments to avoid delays.
• Provide regular updates to buyers on order progress and status.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Director.

• Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser, preferably in the FOB model.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in English across all skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
