MEP QS Executive

Boustead Projects Vietnam is looking for Candidates for the Position of MEP Quantity Surveyor.

MEP Quantity Surveyor is responsible for performing accurate quantity take-offs and supporting cost control for ongoing MEP construction projects. The role works closely with engineering and project teams to ensure quantities are properly tracked, updated, and aligned with actual site conditions.

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for MEP systems.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
• Prepare and maintain quantity tracking sheets for ongoing projects.
• Update quantities based on design revisions, site changes, and as-built information.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to clarify scope, discrepancies, and missing details.
• Support cost control by monitoring quantities, material usage, and variations.
• Assist in verifying subcontractors’ progress quantities and payment claims.
• Track and record variations (VO) related to quantity changes.
• Maintain proper documentation of quantity take-offs and project records.
• Support project team in reporting quantity-related data when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a QS MEP role or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
