Mechanical Service Engineer - 28609

1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair of compressors, pumps, refrigeration units, rotating machinery, and piping systems.
- Diagnose mechanical failures using measurement tools, vibration analysis, leak detection, and operational data.
- Supervise the service work such as OH, Maintenance and commissioning ensuring proper work quality, adherence to technical standards, and safe execution by technicians.
- Verify equipment performance after maintenance through functional testing and operational checks.
2. On-site Service Execution & Customer Support
-Execute on-site service work safely and accurately, following internal standards and safety procedures.
- Communicate with customers to identify issues, explain findings, and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and improvement proposals for customers and internal teams.
- Support emergency service calls and urgent troubleshooting to minimize customer downtime.
3. Refrigeration System Upgrades, Overhaul & Commissioning
- Perform Compressor overhauls, including bearing replacement, shaft alignment, lubrication management.
- Execute system upgrades or modifications based on JOB requirements.
- Conduct commissioning work such as operational testing and performance verification.
- Document all mechanical changes and ensure proper handover to customer.
4. Project Engineering Support (Commissioning & Installation)
- Support new projects by assisting with equipment installation work.
- Review drawings, installation plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Cooperation with project teams during commissioning, and handover project.
- Contribute to improving project performance reliability and safety work.
5. Internal Coordination & Work Management
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules and manage progress of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and project team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Management of service tools.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal procedures.
6. Technical Skill Development
- Continuously enhance knowledge of compressors, Oil-pump, refrigeration systems, and general mechanical components.
- Participate in internal training, technical workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Share technical insights and practices within other MYK team members to improve overall capability.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial service engineering, or plant equipment operation.
- Practical experience with compressors, refrigeration systems, chiller and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&ID and equipment specifications.
- Strong understanding of mechanical safety standards and on-site work procedures.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service work and project support as required.
- Solid understanding of Refrigeration systems and Compressor.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues using measurement tools, vibration analysis and operational data.
- Effective reporting skills for preparing service reports, maintenance records, and improvement proposals.
- Good communication in English ( Intermediate level)
