- Manage M&E section. Carry out and complete difficult business with high level of skills and responsibility.

- Mechanical background on calculation and design drawing, HVAC; Firefighting system; water supply; drainage and WWTP system...Electrical calculation and design drawing. High Voltage incoming system; Transformer; Electrical power distribution system (feeder); Lighting system; Lightening protection system.
- M&E design check and confirmed to related regulations (such as construction law; FF regulations; environmental regulation…)
- BOQ and specifications of main M&E equipment’s (such as Transformer; Generator; Fan; Air Conditioner; Pump…)
- Calculate/ estimate quantity of sub material (such as cable; valves; pipe; support…)
- Technical background; regulation information update and internal training; knowledge sharing
- Building up company's M&E drawing standard format (drawing frame; font style; line style…), M&E typical detail drawings (lighting; outlet socket; foundation bolts; piping support; ducting; fans; air conditioner; pump...), M&E typical calculation sheets (such as fans; AC; pump; duct and pipe size; cable; transformer capacity…)
- Design document management and control (document naming rule; soft files control; hard copy files control...)

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
- Vietnam M&E Construction Practice Certificate (Class I or II) is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E engineering/construction, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in M&E construction management for building, factory, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems: HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & Drainage.
- Experience in managing subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, technical documents, and handling project issues.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese construction regulations, M&E standards, and fire safety regulations.
- Experience in project planning, progress control, reporting, and team management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
