M&E ENGINEER - 27997

- Overall management and supervision of infrastructure construction items in the industrial park (Water supply station, rainwater pumping station, office building, factory & warehouse for rent, Waste water treatment plan, Telecommunication and BTS station, etc.).
- Review and examine design documents and construction drawings, and propose adjustments when necessary.
-Coordinate with design consultants, supervision consultants, and construction contractors to ensure project progress and quality.
- Monitor and control construction progress, update and report periodically to manager.
- Inspect and verify the volume of work performed and the contractor's payment documents.
- Participate in the acceptance testing of construction items, ensuring compliance with technical standards and legal regulations.
- Overseeing occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the construction site.
- Coordinate in resolving issues that arise during construction. - Store and manage project records in accordance with company regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to implement assigned tasks.

- Bachelor’s degree with major in M&E (Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from the University of Technology, University of Technical Education, Industrial University)
- Communication in English (Intermediate level)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction work is required, with experience in Grade I and Grade II construction projects being an advantage.
- Understanding the process of managing construction investment projects, especially industrial park infrastructure projects.
