JOB PURPOSE
Backfill for SAP BPO function Sale & Distribution
MAIN DUTIES
1. support the management of a variety of Parker Meggitt customer accounts to deliver world-class service and support by contributing towards customer score cards, immediately responding to enquiries, collaborating internally to prepare and deliver quotations, and joining with the planning team to accurately forecast demand.
2. serve as the primary interface for a variety of our customers, responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationships, while enabling level-loading of production and expeditious resolution of customer assertions. In this role you’ll also work closely with key internal stakeholders and have a solid internal network relevant to the customers you support.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Foreign Trade or related fields.
2.At least 1-year experience in supply chain and Manufacturing environment.
3.Fluent English and good computer skills (Microsoft office, SAP/ ERP).
