Mac Global Realty, part of MAC USA One, is a leading company with over 14 years of experience in credit card processing, POS systems, and digital marketing. We proudly serve over 12,000 clients with an annual transaction volume of 1.5 billion USD.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Develop and execute IMC strategies for B2C & B2B. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
B2C Communication (Brand Awareness & Engagement): Lead campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, Blog, Events. Manage creative content production.
B2B Communication & Sales Support: Build brand authority through PR and thought leadership. Develop sales kits and partnership programs.
Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 5 members. Optimize budget and ROI. Collaborate with global teams.
Crisis Management: Act as primary contact for PR risks and manage crisis response.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in leadership. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Beauty and Real Estate industries.
Skills: Strategic thinking with data-driven mindset. Strong writing (Vietnamese & English). Experience in multi-channel campaigns. Leadership and stakeholder management.
