Help shape and execute Meri Dessert's new brand story as we move from a one-product shop to a multi-product destination for high-quality dessert — across image, ads, and website.
Plan, shoot, and edit images and short-form videos for TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and organic content — all material used directly in the company's active campaigns, not practice assignments.
Execute end-to-end content production: concept, filming/shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Contribute ideas and content to our website and broader brand presence, not just social.
Work directly with the Marketing Director to align content with campaign goals and brand style.
Get hands-on experience with your content actually running as ads: monitor real performance data and adjust creative based on live results, not theory.
Manage your own task list and timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision.
Support other marketing tasks as needed.

Bold, out-of-the-box creative thinking - you're not afraid to pitch the wild idea.
4th-year university student (able to commit part-time hours during the internship).
Strong hands-on skill in producing and editing image and short-video content, specifically for TikTok and Meta ads.
Comfortable working independently, able to take a brief, figure out the execution, and deliver quality work without hand-holding.
Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
An eye for visual trends on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook.
Reliable, organized, and proactive in communication.

This is a paid internship with an allowance of VND 3,000,000/month for the first 3 months. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and initiative will be offered a full-time position at Meri Dessert after this period.
