Play a key role in executing comprehensive marketing activities for Forbes Vietnam,
including developing and expanding distribution channels nationwide, building online
communities, managing digital content, and supporting marketing campaigns, to
increase revenue and promote Forbes Vietnam magazine to customers who are
entrepreneurs and major corporations both domestically and internationally.
1. Distribution & Circulation Management (50%)
Take primary responsibility for the delivery and receipt of Forbes magazine
on a monthly basis, managing the company's inventory situation
Oversee all display and distribution activities of Forbes Vietnam magazine in
Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and other provinces
Serve as the main point of contact with shipping companies, distribution
companies, agents, and convenience store chains nationwide for distribution
planning, inventory management and recovery
Monitor and update inventory quantities and payment status, accounts
receivable of distribution companies and agents
Manage magazine distribution on online sales channels (Tiki, Lazada, Shopee,
etc.)
Boost sales when participating in events and magazine displays
2. Online Community Management (30%)
Develop and implement engaging and shareable detailed content for the
company's online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, website…)
Engage with online communities and respond to requests from the community
Monitor and report on engagement levels and feedback from the community
Explore new channels/opportunities to build communities for different
sectors of the Forbes Vietnam brand
3. Marketing Materials Preparation (10%)
Prepare materials for marketing campaigns
Work with relevant departments to ensure the readiness of all necessary
marketing materials before launching marketing campaigns
4. Administrative Tasks (10%)
Collect monthly distribution expense bills and send them to the finance team
Other tasks required by management
University graduate, major in publishing is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience as a book/magazine distributor or merchandise coordinator, marketing staff
Careful, honest and have a progressive attitude in work.
