Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support FA engineers in laboratory testing, data collection, and sample preparation activities.
Perform sample preparation processes including lapping, cross-sectioning, and metal polishing.
Operate and maintain laboratory inspection and analysis equipment.
Conduct inspections and analysis using: X-Ray systems, CSAM (C-Mode Scanning Acoustic Microscopy), High- and low-power microscopes, Electrical validation and testing equipment
Ensure accurate data collection and proper documentation of inspection and test results.
Follow laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Assist engineers in troubleshooting, failure analysis investigations, and process improvement activities.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of laboratory tools, materials, and equipment.

College graduated in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or related field.
Experience working in a laboratory, semiconductor, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Familiarity with FA lab equipment and inspection tools preferred.
Basic understanding of measurement and data collection processes.
Able to read and follow technical procedures and work instructions.
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team environment.
