Maintenance and Service Engineer - Factory Automation - Fresher Accepted

Navigos Search's Client is looking for a Maintenance & Service Engineer. This is a great opportunity for young and motivated engineers — including fresh graduates — who want to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience alongside seasoned professionals.

Location: Dong Anh, Ha Noi

Product: Factory Automation & Robot

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and repair of machinery (primarily Japanese brands, as well as Korean, Chinese, and local equipment).

• Conduct regular inspections of machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.

• Communicate with customers, with support from our call center team, to understand needs and provide solutions.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers — you will not work alone at the beginning and will receive full training and guidance.

Must-Have:

• Age: 22–25 years old.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Language: Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Technical Background: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Soft Skills: Flexible, cooperative, and a positive attitude (very important for selection).

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with factory automation machines.

Benefits

• Working days: Monday – Friday

• Salary: Up to 20 million VND gross/month

• 13th-month salary provided
