Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics Supervisor (Machinery, $950, ID 21326)

Delivery Management: Plan and coordinate outbound deliveries for B2B and B2C orders; monitor KPIs (OTD, lead time, failed deliveries); manage COD reconciliation; handle complaints and damage claims; maintain strong 3PL/carrier relationships.
Warehouse Operations: Supervise inbound/outbound flows, storage, picking/packing, and inventory accuracy; enforce SOPs and safety standards; oversee cycle counts and reconcile ERP data; manage spare parts and packaging.
Import/Export Coordination: Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders; ensure compliance with HS codes, tariffs, and documentation; support cross-border shipments and HQ reporting.
Planning & Reporting: Prepare weekly logistics performance reports; track costs vs. budget; support Sales/Customer Service with delivery commitments; contribute to S&OP and seasonal planning.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Finance, HQ Supply Chain, and Procurement to ensure smooth logistics execution and vendor evaluation.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, and delivery coordination.
Strong 3PL/vendor management and SLA enforcement skills.
Proficiency in WMS/ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Excel, and logistics reporting.
Good English communication skills; strong problem-solving under pressure.
