Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

-Coordinate import and export shipments from overseas suppliers and group companies
-Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations
-Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with Vietnamese import/export regulations
-Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse providers
-Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
-Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding shipping status and documentation requirements
-Manage inventory-related logistics activities and warehouse coordination
-Resolve logistics and customs-related issues in a timely manner
-Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
-Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost management.
-Other related tasks.
-Detailed daily duties will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor's degree, MALE
- At least 3 years of experience in the Logistics industry.
- Knowledge of both logistics and customs clearance
- English (Intermediate Level).
- Someone who can join immediately

Kỹ năng:

Thương Mại Quốc Tế , Incoterm , Luật Hải Quan , VNACCS , Tuân Thủ Thương Mại
