Legal Staff

Provide legal consultations, analysis and advice in full cycle of matters related to the business activities of the company, including but not limited to: e-commerce, retail, trading used vehicles, commercial issues, labour.

Organize and ensure legal support to group restructuring and general corporate governance matters.

Manage all licensing matters, including: submission for new licenses, renewal license.

Draft, negotiate, review and finalize terms and conditions for contracts/ agreements of the companies with customers and partners.

Develop in-house documentation, including: POA, internal labour regulations, sale policy, MKT policy ….

Handle and oversee all disputes between companies with customers and partner, Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;

Manage and oversee legal services of third parties.
