- Review, draft, and negotiate various business contracts in Vietnamese and English.
- Monitor local regulatory changes in Vietnam and ensure the company’s compliance.
- Provide legal advice and solutions to management and various internal departments.
- Manage and update corporate licenses, permits, and governmental registrations.
- Handle labor law relations and assist in updating internal labor rules.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels or authorities when necessary.
- Conduct regular compliance training sessions for staff members.
- Resolve potential legal disputes and minimize corporate legal risks.
- Archive and manage confidential legal documentation and corporate records.
- Other related tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Law)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or compliance.
- English: Upper-Intermediate level.
- Have knowledge of laws related to manufacturing.
- Have knowledge of HR/labor and Company laws.
- Telephone allwance
- Transpotation fee
- Language Certificate allowance(TOEIC/JLPT)
- 13th month salary (paid in Dec)
- Special Bonus (paid in Jan. based on business results and personal achievement/ It may be not paid according to the result)
- Interim allowance (Paid in Jul, Jan. based on half-year construction completion results)
