Learning & Organization Development Intern

Job Description

• Prepare a list of students, notify class schedules and track
• Remind class schedules
• Prepare office, documents & papers for the lesson
• Prepare advance & pay for lunch - dinner for classes
• Support hotel reservations for employees in the province
• Book classrooms and arrange tables and chairs, presentation equipment
• Attend attendance, observe, note information and take photos during the lesson
• Support students to complete the online course on LMS
• Monitor, remind, collect lessons after the lesson and evaluate after training
• Store information about training classes (notes, study materials, attendance, costs, assessment results ...)

Job Requirements

• At least 3-month Full-time Internship(flexible working hours accepted)
• 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related major
• Computering skills and English certification (preferable)
