Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Align with business strategy to establish the corporate talent strategy and work plan to increase employee's skillset and competencies while meeting company’s plan
• Develop and implement talent development programs
• Identify current and future talent development needs of operations in partnership with cross-functional leadership team
• Ongoing monitoring and elevation of the TD/OD system to ensure effectiveness
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs to elevate the leadership bench
• Provide support and work together with other sites (outside Vietnam) in organizational development
• Reinforce company culture and values through training, development and engagement activities.
• Design and develop curriculum that integrates learning and leadership development theory and puts it into practical application in the form of instructor-led sessions, online courses, job aids, videos, support tools and other blended learning solutions that cost - effective, innovative and achieve learning objectives.
• Facilitate large and small group sessions as part of our classes, organizational development sessions and ad hoc requests with a focus on a variety of interpersonal development topics. Guide participants through experiential learning simulations and activities.
• Lead the development and ensure the implementation of OD Operating Models to accomplish the delivery of the departmental strategy in line with business requirements and company objectives.
• Manage the studies to evaluate organizational needs and manpower resource requirements, from a business perspective and liaise with the concerned divisions and human capital to translate the resource requirements to organization structures.
• Identify OD issues, assess their impact and communicate respective risks and mitigation plans. Develop solutions which add value to the business and increase performance.
• Establish and regularly update the organizational development and design initiatives to demonstrate the impact of organizational development & design on business results.
• Bachelor’s degree, HR or Business related major
• Plays as a hands-on people enabler and possess strong influencing skills to engage at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, systems theory and advanced consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution.
• Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.
• Native Vietnamese Speaker with proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
• Willing to travel to overseas for short assignments
