Chi Tiết Công Việc

Coordinate training room setups, equipment, and training materials.
Assist in designing visually engaging training materials, posters, digital banners, and presentation slides using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
Help update department noticeboards and internal newsletters to promote upcoming learning programs and cultural events.
Assist in planning and organizing staff events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
Support the implementation and coordination of internship programs and trainee engagement activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Learning & Development team.

Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields.
Interested in Learning & Development and employee engagement.
Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and other basic design tools.
Creative, organized, and able to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development and employee engagement.
Receive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Develop practical skills in training coordination, internal communication, event organization, and content design.
