Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a L&D Leader (Manufacturing, $900, ID21146)
  • Develop onboarding and employee training programs
  • Build learning paths and competency-based training systems
  • Create training materials and e-learning content
  • Manage digital skill tracking for production employees
  • Identify skill gaps and improve workforce capabilities
  • Work closely with HR, Production, and Fast Lane teams

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male or female, Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 3–5 years of L&D/training experience in manufacturing companies
  • Strong experience in training planning, competency framework development, onboarding, and employee training
  • Smart, proactive, analytical, and well-structured mindset
