Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Laboratory Operations & Compliance

• Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Review, validate, and release accurate test results.

2. Team Management & Training

• Oversee staff performance and workload.

• Provide training, mentoring, and manage work schedules.

3. Equipment & Resource Management

• Manage laboratory equipment, calibration, and maintenance.

• Monitor and control inventory of reagents, consumables, and resources.

4. Quality, Safety & Audits

• Implement and maintain quality control measures.

• Ensure laboratory safety and environmental compliance.

• Communicate with clients and support internal/external audits or regulatory inspections.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology

• Experience in environmental sample analysis in a laboratory setting at least 1.5 years or more

• Can communicate in English or Thai (speaking / writing)

• Fluent in Vietnamese
