Junior IT Communicator

• Join the company's software development project, as the Comtor of the project.
• Support BrSE during working.
• Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
• Gather requirements, translating and simplifying the requirements to the developers (ensure Development fully understands business requirements).
• Participate in the preparation of meeting content, participating in meetings in Japanese as well as Vietnamese as required;
• Interpreting project-related meetings between the project team and Japanese customers through meetings, chat,... Acting as a communication bridge between the project team and the customer, helping the project succeed;
• Translate project-related documents such as customer requirements to the project team;
• Japanese translation at the request of superiors.
• Other tasks assigned.

• Native or Fluent Japanese (at least N2 JLPT) communication.
• Strong analytical,and problem-solvingskills and communication.
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Able to simplify complex topics and communicate them with team members/clients.
• Intermediate to strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

[Nice to have]

• Have basic knowledge & skills in Information Technology (IT): Software structure, data structure, IT technologies/applications/platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate (CEFR B2) or higher level of English (certificate not required).
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Knowledge of scrum and agile methodology.
